Delivery Timeframe
Once you place an order with HolyFrames, we aim to carefully process and dispatch it within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
During festive seasons, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume, dispatch and delivery timelines may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Charges
For prepaid orders, we offer free shipping on all orders of ₹899 and above across India.
For prepaid orders below ₹899, a shipping fee applies at checkout based on your delivery pin code and courier zone. Our frames are shipped through trusted logistics partners including Blue Dart.
For a typical single framed wall art order (about 0.5–1.5 kg), shipping to most serviceable pin codes in India is usually in the ₹60–₹90 range. Remote, island, or hard-to-reach locations may attract a slightly higher charge, which will always be shown before you complete payment.
At present, HolyFrames accepts prepaid orders only and does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Courier & Tracking
Orders are dispatched from Bengaluru and handed over to our courier partners for doorstep delivery. You will receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order is shipped.
Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery remains unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or related issues, the order will be returned to us.
Once the returned package is received, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. You may also contact us if you wish to arrange re-shipment of the order.
