1. Order Processing & Dispatch
1.1 Once you place an order with HolyFrames, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 24–48 hours.
1.2 During periods of high order volume, holidays, or special promotions, shipping and deliveries may experience extended processing time.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1 For All Orders:

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499/–.

A shipping charge of ₹40 to ₹80 will be applied to prepaid orders below ₹499/–.
2.2 No Cash on Delivery (COD):
At present, HolyFrames does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We recommend using prepaid payment methods for faster order processing and delivery.
3. Delivery Time
3.1 Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Minimum Delivery Time: 2 business days

Maximum Delivery Time: 10 business days
3.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, weather, or other external factors.
4. Undelivered or Returned Orders
4.1 In the event that a delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to incorrect address, absence at delivery location, or other issues beyond our control, the courier will typically make up to three delivery attempts.
4.2 If the order cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such a case:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned package.

The refund process typically takes 7–14 business days from receipt of the returned order.
4.3 Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
4.4 If you wish to re-ship the package, please contact Customer Support and a new shipping charge may apply.
5. International Shipping
Currently, HolyFrames ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. Tracking Your Order
6.1 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
6.2 You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check the status of your delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
