Welcome to HolyFrames. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
We accept returns only in cases where the product arrives damaged during transit, is defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. When requesting a return, please include your order number or proof of purchase along with clear photos or videos showing the issue so that our team can review and assist you promptly.
To initiate a return request, please contact us by email within 72 hours of delivery. Once the issue has been verified, we will provide further instructions for the return process. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
After the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 48 to 72 hours. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
As our products are made using a print-on-demand process, certain items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes custom or personalized scripture frames and orders placed incorrectly by the customer, including errors in size selection, design choice, or delivery details provided at checkout.
