Cancellation Policy

At HolyFrames, all products are made using a print-on-demand process, so orders are processed quickly after placement.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at: holyframes.contact@gmail.com

Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

After 24 Hours

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours or once a shipping confirmation has been sent, as production or shipping would have already started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
